Me and my wife, Lindsey, created this rental company in 2009.  We started by purchasing one fixer-upper house and grew to over 300.  We recently liquidated our inventory and focused more on quality instead of quantity.  We buy and build nicer homes in Kennett that we either rent or sell.  We find houses in nicer neighborhoods and renovate them to either rent or sell and try to help preserve the neighborhoods.  We also have created a construction company that handles our rentals and other outside jobs as well.  We take on as big or as little jobs as needed, from new construction, to minor repairs.
