In 2009, my wife and I established our real estate business with a clear vision for growth and community improvement. Our journey began with the purchase of a single fixer-upper, which we renovated and transformed into our first rental property.
Since those early days, our portfolio has expanded significantly. We now own over 100 residential and commercial units within the city of Kennett, offering a range of housing and business spaces to meet the needs of our community.
Renovating our properties is a central part of our mission. We invest substantial time and resources into updating and improving each unit, striving to enhance the appearance and quality of our town one house or apartment at a time.
